Responsibilities:
 

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist pool and golf patrons in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Take and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions.

 

Food Preparation:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of snacks, beverages, and light meals.

• Ensure that all food items meet quality and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items.

 

Cash Handling:

• Handle cash transactions and provide correct change to customers.

• Process payments through point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Keep accurate records of daily transactions.

 

Maintaining Stock:

• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.

• Rotate and manage food products to minimize waste.

• Report inventory levels and order supplies in a timely manner.

 

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Keep the snack bar area clean and sanitized.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic environment.

• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the pool and golf facility.

 

Adherence to Policies:

• Follow established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.Lift and carry moderately heavy loads (up to 30 pounds).

• Work in various weather conditions
